The Position
Provide subject matter expertise in IT compliance, process improvement, and IT compliance service delivery management across the site. Ensures IT solutions are compliant with relevant regulations and standards and facilitates seamless transition/handover of projects to service operations with key stakeholders. Ensures governance and continuous improvement to support product quality, patient safety, and data integrity.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain validation and qualification documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses; develop mitigation strategies
- Guide project teams on validation and qualification requirements
- Monitor and improve documentation/processes to ensure regulatory and company standard compliance
- Facilitate transition and handover of projects to service operations
- Maintain system documentation and process per company standards and regulatory requirements
- Serve as an IT SME in audits and inspections; provide documentation demonstrating validated state and lifecycle management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, within-budget, properly documented IT solutions managed through their lifecycle
- Provide leadership and expertise in IT compliance, process improvement, and project coordination
- Coach and mentor personnel; contribute to process group meetings/activities
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Science (or related) + 7 years IT compliance and 5 years Validation & Testing of IT solutions (preferably pharma)
- Master’s preferred + 5 years IT compliance and 3 years Validation & Testing (preferably pharma)
- Excellent written/verbal English
- Strong customer service, teamwork, problem solving, negotiation/conflict management, planning/organization/decision-making
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- SME support for audits/inspections
- GxP, change management, deviation handling
- Incident/Problem/Change Management in IT
