Senior IT Analyst – Operational Technology & Lab-Applications
Responsibilities:
- Partner with manufacturing and R&D customers to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
- Own the application lifecycle for local OT/IT systems, including solution development, vendor management, computer system validation (CSV), break-fix support, and release management.
- Guide and manage multiple IT/OT projects simultaneously (plans, budgets, schedules) and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on integration/support and complex troubleshooting across systems, infrastructure, and databases to ensure operational stability.
- Network with IT/OT resources across the company to share reusable solutions, capture and implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in Information Technology and 3+ years in Operational Technology infrastructure support.
- Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and communication/collaboration; ability to analyze complex situations, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and maintain a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology Integrator or Business Analyst experience.
- Direct experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and qualification processes.
- ITIL tools (ServiceNow) and MS Office proficiency.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing-related computer systems, data, networking/security/wireless infrastructure, and relational databases.
- Proven ability to network across sites to identify and implement best practices.
