Position Overview
The Sr International Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling the global expansion of Adaptive Biotechnologies’ diagnostic technologies. Orchestrates execution of international tech transfer initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and consistent performance standards across global partner laboratories.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
International Onboarding & Workflow Implementation
- Orchestrate onboarding of international laboratories (contract support, training, workflow design, documentation, operational setup).
- Adapt workflows to regional requirements while maintaining global standards.
- Own and maintain customer master data in CRM (SFDC) for accurate account info, activity tracking, and inquiry management.

Cross-Functional Operations & Execution
- Primary operational liaison across commercial, medical, regulatory, quality, and market access teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop plans, insights, and materials for strategic execution.
- Provide demand forecasts to manufacturing and supply chain.
- Coordinate reagent distribution with manufacturing/supply chain/quality (pricing and INCO term alignment).
- Manage day-to-day communication and issue resolution with international distributors.
- Partner with Technical Support to identify and prioritize system/workflow enhancements.

Global Partner Engagement & Performance Management
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners and internal stakeholders.
- Capture customer feedback and escalate insights for operational/product enhancements.
- Deliver regular reporting on site performance, forecasts, and account health.
- Identify risks/inefficiencies/opportunities to improve scalability and execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 12 years of related experience in international, diagnostic or laboratory operations.
- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems and laboratory operations.
- Proven success in complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging partners and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive; operational rigor; adaptable to evolving priorities.

Working Conditions
- Travel ~30%.
- Working hours aligned with international time zones as needed.

Compensation
- Salary range: $128,700 - $193,100.
- Equity grant; bonus eligible.
