Responsibilities: promote approved indications, build scientific credibility with healthcare providers, develop strategic account plans, facilitate formulary access, conduct scientific discussions, organize educational programs, and collaborate cross-functionally with other BMS teams to enhance customer experience and ensure compliant promotion. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or healthcare roles, with experience engaging hospital and community mental health providers; strong account management, scientific communication, and cross-team collaboration skills; preferably with psychiatry or mental health experience.
