Role: Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist supporting US commercialization of COBENFY, a novel schizophrenia treatment, focusing on engagement with community mental health centers, behavioral health centers, and hospitals. Responsibilities: promote BMS products through scientific dialogue, build credibility with healthcare providers, develop territory/account plans, and collaborate cross-functionally with therapeutic specialists and key account managers to optimize customer experience and product access. Conduct in-office presentations, organize speaker programs, and leverage digital tools for insights and engagement. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, medical science liaison, or healthcare roles; proven ability to communicate complex data convincingly; experience in psychiatry and hospital or community mental health settings preferred; strong account management, sales performance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
