Position Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers to deliver comprehensive people services aligned with people management and commercial strategies.

Essential Functions
- Resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations; recommend action for sensitive/complex situations.
- Coach leaders on performance management, compensation/remuneration, recruitment practices, and management decision-making.
- Partner on progressive discipline and employment decisions.
- Lead and implement business projects; ensure communication and collaboration across departments.
- Identify training needs; advocate continuous learning; provide coaching/mentoring.
- Research, analyze, and report HR trends; develop strategies affecting employee relations.
- Report people metrics (e.g., turnover) as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of labor legislation, trends, and best practices to drive engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate HR policies/procedures for alignment with values and regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc/cross-functional duties and projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years HR experience; 8+ years HR Business Partner experience supporting multiple senior leaders in fast-paced high-growth environments.
- HR certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws/practices.
- Experience influencing senior management on people management policies/procedures.

Skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to create reports/presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and relationship management skills; discreet with confidential information.

Work Environment
- On-site in El Segundo, CA; travel to other sites as needed.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Discretionary bonus and equity; base pay range: $155,000–$170,000 annually.
