Role Overview
The Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and appropriate use of HR data across the organization. Maintains data governance, delivers HR reporting/analytics, administers Workday change control, and supports compliance with privacy, confidentiality, audit, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy/integrity/security of HR data across Workday and other HR systems.
- Perform regular audits, validations, and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and enforce HR data governance standards, validation rules, and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve employee master data issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and audit requirements for HR data/systems.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Finance, and IT to ensure data consistency.
- Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics; validate data for executive/board reporting.
- Manage HR data/reporting requests with authorization, confidentiality, and privacy controls.
- Review security roles/access and data permissions.
- Administer Workday change control: review requests/defects/issues, coordinate requirements/testing/approvals, maintain logs/docs, run UAT, perform post-implementation validation, and report status.

Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive HRIS/HR Ops/HR data management/reporting or related HR technology experience.
- Experience with HR data governance, audits, reporting/analytics (dashboards/metrics), and HR system change control/testing/documentation.
- Strong understanding of employee data management, organizational structures, and data privacy; hands-on Workday HCM administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, validation, conditional formatting, reconciliation).
- Proficiency with HR reporting/analytics tools (Workday reporting/dashboards/visualization).

Benefits (Base Pay)
- Base pay range: $78,251–$102,705; performance-based bonus and/or equity may be available.
- Medical, dental, vision; 401(k) match; 8 weeks paid parental leave after 3 months; paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, floating holidays) plus 11 company holidays.
- Other voluntary benefits offered to permanent full-time employees.
