Position Summary
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership at Caris Life Sciences, driving enterprise-level people strategies to enable business growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Vice Presidents and senior executive leaders; align people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Lead organizational design initiatives (team structuring, spans/layers optimization, scalable growth across functions).
- Develop and drive workforce planning aligned with commercial expansion, clinical operations, and innovation.
- Lead enterprise talent management (succession planning, leadership development, talent segmentation).
- Provide executive coaching on leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and team performance.
- Use HR analytics and business data to generate insights and forecast workforce needs.
- Lead complex management initiatives (transformations, restructures, scaling efforts).
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise HR solutions across compensation, talent acquisition, and development.
- Oversee and manage high-risk employee relations issues with Legal and Compliance.
- Drive culture and engagement strategies for a high-performance, mission-driven environment.
- Influence HR strategy via feedback/direction to HR leadership and COE partners.
- Mentor HRBP team members to elevate HR capability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive HR experience, including strategic HRBP.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and leading organizational change.
- Proven workforce strategy development aligned to business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen supporting commercial, clinical, or operational functions.
- Experience in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general Internet use for business.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences/diagnostics/biotech/healthcare.
- Experience supporting high-growth/scaling organizations.
- Masterโ€™s degree or MBA.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR).

- Periodic travel; may require work outside standard hours.
