Role Summary

Senior Health & Science Specialist, Rare Cardiac Account Specialist - Phoenix, AZ. The Cardiac Account Specialist will execute the sales strategy for Vyndamax per approved indications and ATTR-CM disease awareness, targeting healthcare providers across IDN/Health Systems and group practice accounts. The role requires strong business acumen, development of in-depth sales plans, and collaboration with customer-facing colleagues to achieve or exceed target sales and account goals.

Responsibilities

  • Account Planning: Prioritize customer opportunities, develop territory business objectives, maintain active customer profiles and data, and continually optimize call planning based on local factors.
  • Hybrid Execution / Advanced Selling Skills: Utilize advanced selling approaches, tailor messaging to customer needs, educate on ATTR-CM disease and diagnostic procedures, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and demonstrate brand value within compliant guidelines.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other customer-facing teams and subject matter experts to accelerate patient needs fulfillment and coordinate with the Rare Disease ROC as appropriate.
  • Demonstrates Business Acumen: Gather customer insights, apply market data to local planning, and provide insights to HQ teams to craft market materials.
  • Professional Development: Pursue learning opportunities, develop interpersonal effectiveness, and remain coachable.
  • Culture & Values: Collaborate across local and HQ teams, share insights, drive innovation, provide candid feedback, ensure compliant use of promotional materials, and uphold Pfizer's standards of business conduct.

Qualifications

  • Must-Haves: 5–10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience; strong teamwork; analytical skills with market/customer insight application; Bachelor's Degree; valid U.S. driver's license with compliant driving record; ability to travel domestically and stay overnight.
  • Nice-to-Have: Rare Disease or specialty cardiovascular experience; product launch experience; hospital sales experience.
