Role: Senior Global Medical Affairs Leader (sGMAL), Bladder, overseeing global medical strategy and life cycle management for bladder cancer assets, notably TAR-200. Responsibilities: lead the Medical Affairs team to develop and execute integrated global strategies aligned with regional needs, collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to ensure cohesive development and commercialization plans, and guide clinical and lifecycle activities from phase IIa through post-market. Requirements: advanced degree (MD or PhD), minimum 6 years in medical affairs, oncology experience with a focus on bladder cancer preferred, proven leadership in cross-functional, global teams, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
