Senior FP&A Analyst

Role: Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Specialty Surgical division with budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and business reporting. Responsibilities: coordinate with sales teams on incentive compensation planning; perform variance analysis; support long-term strategic planning; automate reports; prepare financial review packages for senior management; build strong cross-functional relationships; collaborate with accounting for monthly closes; conduct ad hoc analyses. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills; experience with multidimensional databases (e.g., Hyperion, BPC, OneStream); ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. Preferred: CPA, CMA, MBA, experience with Power BI, COGNOS, Oracle. High-Value: healthcare industry focus, division supports surgical specialties, hybrid work setup at Princeton, NJ, with on-site presence Tuesday-Thursday.
