Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Role: Senior Financial Systems Analyst supporting Johnson & Johnson's SAP Beacon ERP Finance System within the R&D division. Objectives include managing global financial close processes, master data, system security, and interface management for R&D financial reporting. Responsibilities involve coordinating quarterly and annual closes, leading SAP organizational changes, ensuring data integrity, overseeing system security and enhancements, and collaborating with IT and finance stakeholders on system improvements and projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience with a focus on finance technology or ERP systems; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and across global teams. Preferred qualifications include hands-on SAP module experience (FI, CO, PS), professional certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA), and experience in pharma, medtech, or healthcare industries, with familiarity in AI concepts advantageous. The role involves cross-functional interaction with finance and IT, and may require travel, primarily based at J&J offices in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
