Role: Senior Financial Systems Analyst supporting Johnson & Johnson's SAP Beacon ERP Finance System within R&D, primarily focusing on global financial close, master data, system security, and interface management. Responsibilities include coordinating quarterly/annual closing, leading SAP organizational changes, maintaining reporting dashboards, overseeing data interface integrity, managing system security roles, and collaborating on system enhancements and transformations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; at least 3 years of relevant finance experience; strong understanding of finance systems, with SAP FI, CO, PS modules preferred; certifications like CPA, CMA, or MBA are advantageous.
