Role: Senior Financial Planning Analyst supporting plant and distribution operations within a global eye health company, focusing on financial and cost analysis. Responsibilities: manage budgets and forecasts; develop standard cost structures; oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and valuations; ensure SOX compliance through controls documentation and testing; perform month-end close activities and variance analysis; manage capital expenditure processes; deliver financial and KPI reports; coordinate audits; leverage AI and automation for reporting efficiency; partner cross-functionally to identify cost savings and operational improvements; support special projects and ad hoc analyses. Requirements: BS in Accounting, Finance, or related; 5+ years in finance, with preferred experience in cost accounting in manufacturing; proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, or ERPLX; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; experience with AI tools and BI platforms.
