Senior Financial Analyst - Spine US Commercial (Raynham, MA; consideration: West Chester, PA; Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ).
Responsibilities:
- Lead business partners through critical forecasting cycles and evaluate internal/external risks and market drivers.
- Develop the annual revenue and GP plan; complete forecast updates and ensure timely, reliable submissions.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and support high-visibility projects.
- Provide insights by challenging assumptions, developing alternative scenarios, and educating partners on financial concepts.
- Focus areas: monthly sales reporting to senior management; Investor Relations analysis; price/volume/mix; gross-to-net; revenue SOX compliance; month-end/quarter-close.
- Provide recommendations to improve the value of financial information for upper management and guide business partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
- 3+ years finance experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills required.
- Collaborative style; effective in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with various management levels and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Up to 10% travel.
