Senior Financial Analyst β Spine US Commercial
Responsibilities:
- Lead business partners through critical forecasting cycles; evaluate internal/external risks and market drivers.
- Develop annual revenue and GP plan; complete forecast updates with partners to ensure reliability and timely submission.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and support high-visibility projects.
- Provide insights by challenging assumptions, building alternative scenarios, and educating partners on financial concepts.
- Monthly sales reporting to senior management; Investor Relations analysis; price/volume/mix, gross-to-net; revenue SOX compliance; month-end/quarter-close activities.
- Provide recommendations to improve value of financial information and guide business partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years finance experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills required.
- Collaborative style; effective in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with management and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Location: Raynham, MA (consideration: West Chester, PA; Warsaw, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Raritan, NJ). Up to 10% travel.
