Role Summary

Senior Financial Analyst โ€“ MedTech Group Finance, FP&A based in New Brunswick, NJ. The role partners with MedTech Group Finance and Operating Companies to frame, analyze and present worldwide results to Group CFO, GOC, and EC with emphasis on Sales, variances, and headcount. It involves preparing financial reporting packages for the Executive Committee and MedTech Leadership Team, consolidating data, and supporting SOX controls and SigniFi implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with MedTech Group Finance and Operating Companies to frame, analyze and present worldwide results to Group CFO, GOC, and EC with emphasis on Sales, budgets vs. actuals, and headcount.
  • Prepare, analyze, and publish financial reporting packages for the Executive Committee and MedTech Leadership Team, including monthly/quarterly results, forecast updates, decks, analyses, and financial scorecards.
  • Consolidate MedTech reported financial data using the existing system and new systems implemented as part of SigniFi transformation.
  • Ensure reasonableness and accuracy of financial data reported to Corporate; coordinate and document quarterly SOX controls.
  • Consolidate, report, and analyze forecasts, latest thinking, and actuals for the MedTech group; ensure timely and accurate submissions; investigate significant variances to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Establish and maintain strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships to support financial processes; support SigniFi implementation and MedTech integration.
  • Address ad-hoc requests and projects.

Qualifications

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • A CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of finance or related business experience is required.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, work independently, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytics software knowledge preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to leadership.
  • Based in New Brunswick, NJ with up to 10% travel.

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or Finance recommended.
