Role Summary

Senior Financial Analyst - MT Supply Chain Source Finance โ€“ EPNV supporting EP & NV procurement within MedTech. Located in Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ. Serves as primary finance partner to analyze financial data, lead month-end close and forecasting, and drive cost savings, process improvements, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary Finance business partner for the global EP & NV Procurement and Supply Chain teams to analyze financial data and influence business decisions
  • Independently lead key month-end close and forecasting processes, including building content for and presenting to EP & NV Supply Chain leadership teams
  • Forecast, track, and analyze purchase price variances, including cost improvement projects, market-driven price increases, and other raw material surcharges
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations for annual accruals, as well as consigned inventory based on timing of receipts
  • Partner with EP & NV PMO to proactively track and validate business cases behind cost savings, operational expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Proactively look for opportunities to streamline and automate processes, including acting as a change agent during the CFIN/Anaplan go-lives for MTSC
  • Ensure compliance with general accounting and J&J Procurement policies & procedures
  • Facilitate annual standard cost setting with business partners
  • Support ad hoc business needs in a sophisticated, matrixed environment

Qualifications

  • Required: A bachelorโ€™s degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance).
  • Preferred: CPA, CMA, or MBA.
  • Required: At least three years of finance or related business experience.
  • Preferred: Supply Chain experience.
  • Required: Ability to partner with people at all levels, strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Required: Ability to maintain, improve, and build efficient sound business processes.
  • Required: Highly motivated with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership abilities.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Preferred: Experience in SAP, TM1, Anaplan, PowerBI, and JDE.
  • Required: Comfort with ambiguity and experience building and implementing financially viable business models.
  • Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a team and pursue stretch objectives.
  • Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
