Senior Financial Analyst - Gross to Net & Pricing (Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis). Reports to Finance Manager GTN and Pricing. Preferred locations: Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ; up to 5% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide finance leadership/decision support for Ethicon gross-to-net reserve (~$600MM)
- Own monthly/quarterly close and business forecast updates
- Partner with cross-functional finance teams to understand contracting and distributor behavior drivers
- Build analytics for EUS, NTS, and distributor inventory patterns; identify risks/opportunities
- Identify price risks/opportunities impacting net trade sales and gross profit; develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure accurate, compliant SKU-level journal entries; support quarterly closes/audits (with Global Audit & Assurance)
- Improve reporting, planning cycles, and communication impacting ASPs and data integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA/CMA/MBA or other financial certifications preferred
- 3+ years business experience required
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, J&J WWPβs, and J&J finance methodologies (preferred)
- Root-cause analysis/issue resolution; understanding of AI concepts/frameworks and responsible ethical AI; ability to generate effective prompts
Preferred Skills: Analytical reasoning, financial analysis/modeling/planning/reports, stakeholder management, Microsoft Office, problem solving, learning agility, execution focus.
