Senior Financial Analyst – Gross to Net & Pricing (Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide finance leadership and decision support for components of Ethicon’s gross to net reserve (~$600MM)
- Own and drive monthly/quarterly close and business forecast updates
- Partner with internal teams to understand contracting and distributor behavior drivers
- Develop analytics for EUS, NTS, and distributor inventory to track business/contracting movements and identify risks/opportunities
- Identify price risks/opportunities impacting net trade sales and gross profit; develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure accurate, compliant SKU-level monthly/quarterly journal entries
- Support compliance for closes/audits/business processes; work with Global Audit & Assurance and external auditors as required
- Partner with commercial finance to improve reporting, planning cycles, and communications impacting ASPs and data integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA/CMA/MBA or other financial certifications preferred
- 3+ years business experience required
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, J&J WWP’s, and J&J Finance methodologies preferred
- Root-cause analysis and issue resolution required
- Understanding of AI concepts/frameworks and responsible/ethical AI; experience generating effective prompts
- Based in Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH; up to 5% travel
