Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Excellence (DePuy Synthes) — locations: West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Warsaw, IN. May require up to 10% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CE regional teams to influence customer-level pricing strategies and proposals; build financial analysis and share insights focused on profitable growth.
- Influence pricing matrices and strategies to ensure effective execution of the brand value proposition through partnership with Contracting Strategy, Pricing, Brand Marketing, and Contract Execution.
- Measure success of CE’s core strategic priorities (e.g., sales growth in covered accounts, ASCs, targeted accounts).
- Attend Customer Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to gain senior leadership insights into DPS and MedTech strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred).
- Minimum 3 years Finance, Accounting, Leadership, or related business experience.
- Professional certification (CMA/CPA) and/or MBA preferred.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Healthcare industry, public accounting, corporate finance, and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel required.
- Ability to challenge business partners and propose alternative solutions required.
Preferred Skills:
- Data analysis, financial analysis/modeling/forecasting/reports, financial risk management, process optimization, stakeholder management, problem solving, relationship building.
