Senior Financial Analyst

Role: Senior Financial Analyst supporting financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making within a life sciences company. Responsibilities include managing forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, preparing management reports, partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain) for performance evaluation and cost optimization, developing financial models, assisting with capital planning, ensuring SOX compliance, and participating in special projects like M&A analysis. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business or related field; 2-4 years of finance or accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial statements; advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle/R12, Cognos, Power BI preferred.
