Key Responsibilities
- Lead consolidated sales target setting, reporting, and performance analytics across the Vision business.
- Analyze revenue drivers (price, volume, mix, market dynamics, commercial trends) to support forecasting accuracy and business decisions.
- Develop executive-level analyses, presentations, and communications.
- Lead preparation of Visionโs quarterly Investor Relations reporting package and support executive management review processes.
- Develop and enhance visualization dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., SCA, Tableau) for transparency into key trends and metrics.
- Lead cash flow target setting, reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Innovation, and Commercial Finance to evaluate inventory, receivables, capital expenditures, and initiatives impacting cash.
- Develop scenario analyses and recommendations to improve cash generation, working capital efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
- Lead enterprise headcount target setting, reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
- Partner with Human Resources and business leadership for workforce planning via financial analyses, productivity assessments, and resource allocation recommendations.
- Provide cross-functional leadership with finance and business partners (Regional/Global Finance, MedTech Group Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Investor Relations, HR, Commercial Excellence) and support transformation/continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop finance professionals; drive adoption of standard planning/reporting processes, systems, and tools.
- Champion finance transformation via automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and digital technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot); lead change management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelorโs degree required (Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Analytics or related). MBA/CPA/CMA/CGMA or equivalent preferred.
Experience & Skills (Required)
- 7+ years progressive finance experience (FP&A, business partnering, forecasting, performance management) and prior people leadership.
- Strong proficiency with financial/reporting systems (CFIN, AFO, Anaplan, SCA, Tableau, related).
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot).
- Demonstrated analytical/problem-solving skills; proactive identification of risks/opportunities.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences and influence senior leadership; ability to lead change and drive adoption.
- Up to 10% travel; based in Jacksonville, FL.
Preferred Skills
- MBA/CPA/CMA or other relevant certifications.
- MedTech/healthcare/life sciences or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Advanced planning/analytics/visualization (AFO, CFIN, Anaplan, SCA, Tableau).
- Proven success leveraging automation, AI, and digital capabilities for sustainable efficiencies and improved decision-making.
