Responsibilities:
- Lead global commercial actuals reporting P&L processes and consolidations (US Therapeutics + Global Commercial Finance), including month-end close/MRP and quarterly flash.
- Provide analytics, modeling, and reporting on cash discounts, distribution margin, SG&A, and distressed inventory.
- Coordinate timely, accurate, complete monthly/quarterly financial results.
- Analyze performance and drivers; deliver actionable insights to senior finance leadership.
- Oversee cash discount analytics and distribution margin reporting.
- Manage MRP reporting with data integrity, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Lead quarterly earnings and Investor Relations deliverables (financial analysis, reporting, executive presentations).
- Validate promotional accounting for policy compliance and accurate reporting.
- Perform SG&A and distressed inventory analytics; partner to explain variances.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.
- Lead and develop two direct reports (feedback, development plans, talent growth).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance (required); CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years progressive related experience.
- BPC, BIP, and SAP systems knowledge.
- FP&A and reporting experience, especially P&L analytics.
- Consolidations experience across full P&L.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-starter/inquisitive mindset.
- Strong communication; can explain complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to generate ideas, challenge status quo, and solve problems.
