Senior Finance Manager, Cash Flow Generation (New Brunswick, New Jersey)

Reports to: Director, Corporate Treasury

This position shepherds the CFGO in its transition from standalone initiative to permanent office within Corporate Treasury, generating additional cash flow and enabling capital allocation priorities. Influence without authority and executive presence are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-author a vision for the future of the CFGO with the Director of Corporate Treasury
- Create new cash-flow generating initiatives throughout Johnson & Johnson
- Influence senior leaders to drive accountability in delivering initiatives
- Lead and develop a senior finance analyst

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably finance or related)
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to influence leadership at all levels
- Desire and skills to develop and implement long-term strategy
- Clear understanding of cash flow and its importance to corporate capital decisions
- Track record of delivering financial results
- Proven capacity to work in ambiguous environments
- People leadership strongly preferred
- Native or fluent English; additional language proficiency welcomed
- Up to 10% travel within the US and internationally
