Senior Field Reimbursement Manager - Liver - Southeast

Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – Liver, responsible for optimizing patient access to Gilead’s liver therapies through payer and provider engagement. Responsibilities: develop key account relationships, serve as regional reimbursement expert, support patient support programs, communicate formulary and reimbursement updates, and collaborate to improve workflows and provider education. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years or Master’s/PhD and 6+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, market access, or related roles; experience managing complex provider and payer accounts; deep understanding of reimbursement pathways across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments. High-Value: emphasis on liver therapeutics, field-based with 75% travel across Southeast region, strong stakeholder engagement including providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams, and ability to influence without authority. Work Setup: remote/field-based in Southeast with regional travel.
