Senior Field Reimbursement Manager - Liver - Southeast

Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – Liver, responsible for optimizing market access for Gilead’s liver therapies. Objectives include addressing payer coverage challenges, supporting patient access, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and patient support teams. Core duties involve developing relationships with key account stakeholders, managing reimbursement workflows, communicating formulary updates, and enhancing provider education on reimbursement processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years or Master’s/PhD with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, access, or market access roles, preferably within large pharma. High-Value: Focus on liver therapeutics, with expertise in payer landscapes, specialty pharmacies, and navigating coverage across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments. Requires deep understanding of healthcare policies, health system relationships, and experience engaging with large provider accounts and health systems. Must demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex accounts, and travel approximately 75% within the Southeast region. Work setup is remote/field-based with in-person stakeholder engagement essential.
