Senior Field Reimbursement Manager - Liver - Southeast

Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – Liver, responsible for optimizing patient access by managing reimbursement strategies and resolving coverage challenges within the Southeast region. Responsibilities include developing stakeholder relationships with providers and specialty pharmacies, influencing payer and provider networks, streamlining benefit verification and prior authorization processes, and collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Patient Support) to improve workflows. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication of formulary and reimbursement updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's/PhD with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare fields, with experience in market access, reimbursement, or patient services, preferably within large, complex provider accounts or specialty pharmacy collaborations. Deep understanding of payer landscapes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), policy impacts, and acquisition models across therapeutic areas such as viral hepatitis, HIV, or COVID-19, with familiarity in specialty or biologic therapies. The position involves 75% travel, is field-based, and requires strong stakeholder influence, executive presence, and cultural sensitivity. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience and expertise in health systems, IDNs, and cross-functional account strategies.
