Senior Field Reimbursement Manager- HIV Prevention - Tennessee

Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – HIV Prevention, focused on optimizing access and reimbursement across complex health systems and accounts for Gilead's HIV prevention therapies. Responsibilities: develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in large health systems, IDNs, and regional/national accounts; lead cross-regional reimbursement strategies; assess systemic access barriers; partner with internal teams to streamline processes; communicate formulary and coverage updates; create educational resources; enhance coordination among teams to improve patient access; measure success through education delivery and process improvements; demonstrate cultural sensitivity and patient-centric approach. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's/Ph.D. with 6+ years in pharma, with experience in field reimbursement, access, or market access roles; strong understanding of payer/provider relationships, reimbursement pathways, and policy impacts; experience managing large provider accounts and engaging healthcare executives; willingness to travel extensively (75%). Preferred: prior leadership or enterprise account experience, deep knowledge of payer landscapes and specialty pharmacy, and influencing skills without direct authority.
