Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – HIV Prevention, focusing on optimizing access and reimbursement strategies across large, complex health systems and multi-region accounts. Responsibilities: develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, serve as reimbursement expert, lead cross-regional account strategies, assess systemic barriers, partner internally to optimize workflows, educate account teams on formulary and coverage changes, create support resources, and improve coordination among stakeholders to address access issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or advanced degree with 6+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, access, or market access roles; experience managing large provider accounts, knowledge of payer and provider reimbursement pathways, and familiarity with healthcare policies. Preferred: prior leadership in enterprise or IDN accounts, deep understanding of payer landscapes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), experience with specialty pharmacies, and ability to influence stakeholders across organizations.
