Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – HIV Prevention, focusing on optimizing patient access and reimbursement across complex health systems and accounts. Responsibilities: develop strategic relationships with key account stakeholders, serve as reimbursement expert, lead cross-regional strategies, assess systemic access barriers, partner internally to optimize workflows, support provider education on reimbursement processes, communicate formulary and policy changes, and improve coordination among cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or advanced degree with 6+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, access, or account management; experience with large provider accounts, health systems, and payer landscapes; strong influence and stakeholder engagement skills; willingness to travel up to 75%.
