Role: Area Reimbursement Manager – HIV Prevention, a field-based position supporting access and reimbursement strategies for Gilead’s HIV prevention therapies across large, multi-region health systems and accounts. Responsibilities: develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, serve as reimbursement expert, lead cross-regional account strategies, assess systemic access barriers, partner with internal teams to optimize reimbursement processes, and support account education and communication on formulary and coverage updates. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare access roles; deep knowledge of payer/provider landscapes, reimbursement pathways, and policy impacts across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments; proven experience managing complex provider and health system accounts, engaging with executive stakeholders, and influencing without authority. Preferred: experience with enterprise account strategies, specialty pharmacy, HUB services, and knowledge of local/national policy changes.
