Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – HIV Prevention, responsible for optimizing access and reimbursement strategies across large, multi-site healthcare accounts for Gilead's HIV prevention products. Core responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in complex health systems, leading cross-regional reimbursement initiatives, and addressing systemic access barriers such as prior authorizations and benefit verification. The position involves high-level engagement with payers, providers, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare administrators to ensure patient access, as well as supporting internal teams with education and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's/PhD with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare reimbursement, market access, or account management; experience managing large accounts, familiarity with payer landscapes, and influencing without authority; ability to travel extensively (75%).
