Role: Senior Field Reimbursement Manager – HIV Prevention, focusing on optimizing patient access and reimbursement strategies across large health systems and national accounts. Responsibilities: develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, serve as reimbursement expert, lead cross-regional account strategies, assess systemic access barriers, partner with internal teams for process improvements, communicate formulary and policy changes, and support account education and coordination efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or advanced degree with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare field reimbursement, account management, or related roles; experience with large provider accounts, payers, and health systems; strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills; willingness to travel 75%.
