Role: Field Director Medical Affairs overseeing the HIV Treatment and Prevention team in the Northeast (NY and Boston), managing MSLs, and leading scientific engagement strategies. Responsibilities: lead and develop a team of HIV MSLs, ensure compliant and impactful scientific communications with healthcare providers and research communities, coordinate participation in advisory boards and educational initiatives, and monitor team performance and engagement activities. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, or MD with 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in MSL or Medical Affairs roles, preferably within HIV, with strong understanding of US pharma regulations. Preferred: residency within the region, clinical practice experience in HIV, leadership in team management, and deep expertise in US medical communications. High-Value: HIV Treatment and Prevention, US-based, MSL leadership, compliance-driven medical engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: regional field-based role with local travel.
