Senior Facility Engineer

Role: Senior Facilities Engineer leading site infrastructure projects at Takeda's Round Lake manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: drive major facility and infrastructure improvements, coordinate site shutdowns, develop performance metrics, and support sustainability initiatives; manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; collaborate across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and validation teams; mentor junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years in facilities or operations improvement within pharma or biotech; technical expertise in HVAC and utility infrastructure; proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills; experience managing multiple priorities and budgets; understanding of GxP and regulated environment standards.
