Major accountabilities:
- Collaborate with wet-lab and computational scientists to design, analyze, and interpret high-dimensional biological data (e.g., bulk RNA-seq, DNA-seq, CRISPR, drug screening) to inform project decisions.
- Lead profiling strategies and analysis of high-throughput genomic and phenotypic screening data to support patient stratification and mechanism-of-resistance.
- Integrate multi-modal internal and external preclinical datasets (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, pharmacology, functional screens) using advanced bioinformatics and machine learning to generate translational insights, therapeutic hypotheses, and actionable findings.
- Develop and implement innovative analytical methods to support emerging technologies, and integrate/interrogate/visualize multi-dimensional datasets.
- Drive oncology research to identify novel targets for induced proximity modality, elucidate mechanism of action, and support patient stratification strategies.
- Communicate integrative analyses and key findings to diverse scientific teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- PhD in Computational Biology, System Biology, Bioinformatics, Data/Computer Science, or related field with relevant industry experience.
- Strong cancer biology knowledge; proficiency with multi-modal data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, phenotypic screening). Programming in Python and/or R; UNIX/Linux, version control, and reproducible workflows; statistical rigor for high-dimensional omics (bulk/single-cell transcriptomics).
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (copilots, code generators, LLM-based workflows) to accelerate analysis/model development and reproducible pipelines.
- Familiarity with preclinical biomarker discovery/validation (survival analysis a plus).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, define next steps, and manage multiple projects/stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; curiosity, creativity, solution-oriented mindset; English fluency (written/verbal).

Compensation & benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected range: $126,000–$234,000/year; performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards (depending on level).
- Comprehensive benefits package (health/life/disability), 401(k) with match, and time off (vacation, personal days, holidays, other leaves).
