Role: Clinical Research Physician (CRP) in Lilly Oncology Global Medical Affairs, supporting strategic planning, drug development, and commercialization for cancer treatments. Responsibilities: provide scientific and medical expertise across drugs in development and marketed products, shape clinical and scientific narratives, engage external stakeholders, identify evidence gaps, and support clinical trial enrollment and data dissemination. Lead and develop a team of 3-4 medical affairs professionals; foster collaboration internally and externally; shape breast cancer strategy globally; and contribute to medical education and scientific communication efforts. Requirements: MD or DO, board-eligible/certified in relevant specialty; 5+ years of experience in oncology, clinical research, or pharma; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; willingness to travel 20-30%.
