Senior Executive Associate

What You Will Do
Perform senior-level administrative support for the Senior Vice President, Strategy. Manage complex assignments requiring discretion, tact, judgment, creativity, and initiative; handle multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate workflow by reviewing email/correspondence and determining importance before distributing to the executive
- Screen and direct incoming calls/correspondence/visitors; answer questions and provide information on behalf of the SVP
- Manage calendar and domestic/international travel arrangements
- Prepare SVP pre-reads and briefing documents for meetings/appointments
- Review, prioritize, and flag high-priority communications for timely response
- Process expense reports
- Manage logistics for business meetings (agendas, materials, presenters) and track action items
- Report status of assignments
- Interpret and relay day-to-day business issues
- Serve as a liaison between SVP and peer groups/stakeholders to build working relationships
- Independently prepare and assist SVP with management coordination (e.g., annual reviews, goals/objectives)

This is a hybrid role: primarily work from home; expected to work from the Thousand Oaks campus when the SVP is onsite.

What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree + 2 years administrative support OR Associate’s degree + 6 years administrative support OR High school diploma/GED + 8 years administrative support

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 10 years administrative support (at least 5 supporting an executive leader)
- Proactive thinking; anticipate business needs
- Knowledge of computer software (word processing, graphics, presentations); excellent verbal/written communication and phone etiquette
- Detail oriented
- Interpersonal skills; discretion; maintain confidential information
- Strong abilities to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, track/report status, and resolve problems with limited oversight
