Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery across ERP Finance workstreams; ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to change control and release management standards.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency within the ERP Finance domain.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources across concurrent workstreams.
- Serve as the primary IS&I point of contact for Finance and related business functions; build trusted advisor relationships.
- Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 ERP solutions; facilitate design sessions and solution reviews.
- Monitor and communicate emerging Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, AI advancements, and Microsoft roadmap updates.
- Represent IS&I in cross-functional forums and project steering committees; drive alignment.
- Maintain deep subject matter expertise across Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Management Accounting, Cost Management, Procurement & Sourcing).
- Lead architecture/design for new functionality, integrations, and third-party solutions.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for integration and ongoing partnership governance.
- Provide D365 data modeling expertise; design and oversee Power BI reporting.
- Identify software gaps, propose scalable solutions, and align the platform roadmap to business priorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O functional experience across Finance modules.
- Proven ability to lead a team/workstream (performance management, feedback, developing others).
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of Agile principles and release management.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with EDI and SK Global Treasury Automation Suite.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; can present and drive alignment independently.

Preferred:
- ERP Finance consulting experience.
- SOX audit experience in IT or functional capacity.
- Life Sciences/Pharma background; familiarity with GxP.
- 21 CFR Part 11 compliance experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for D365 and M365.
- Power Platform toolset development experience.
