Senior ERP Solution Architect - Finance (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery across ERP Finance workstreams; ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to change control and release management.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency within ERP Finance.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources across concurrent workstreams.
- Serve as primary IS&I point of contact for Finance and related business functions; build trusted advisor relationships.
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions; facilitate design sessions and solution reviews.
- Monitor and communicate emerging Dynamics 365 F&O, AI advancements, and Microsoft roadmap updates.
- Represent IS&I in cross-functional forums and project steering committees; drive alignment.
- Maintain deep expertise across Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Cost Management, Procurement/Sourcing).
- Lead architecture/design for new functionality, integrations, and third-party solutions.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for integration, evaluation, and partnership governance.
- Provide D365 data modeling expertise; design/oversee Power BI reporting.
- Identify software gaps, propose scalable solutions, and align platform roadmap to business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSA processes; own risk posture and remediation.
- Support audits; serve as IT SME for ERP Finance during SOX cycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/IS or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O functional experience with deep Finance module knowledge.
- Proven experience leading teams/workstreams; comfort with performance management and developing others.
- End-to-end vendor relationship and third-party integration experience.
- Working knowledge of Agile and release management.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with EDI and SK Global Treasury Automation Suite.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; present and drive alignment with Director-level partners.
Preferred:
- Consulting experience in ERP Finance implementations.
- SOX audit experience (IT or functional).
- Life Sciences/Pharma background; GxP familiarity.
- 21 CFR Part 11 compliance experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for D365/M365.
- Power Platform toolset development experience.
