Position Summary
Senior Engineer, IT – GxP Infrastructure & Systems to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure for research, manufacturing, quality, clinical, and corporate systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain GxP and enterprise infrastructure.
- Manage VMware vSphere (vCenter/ESXi), including VMs, templates, snapshots, and lifecycle management.
- Administer Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
- Support Okta IAM (directory sync, SSO, MFA, lifecycle, troubleshooting).
- Administer Druva backup and disaster recovery (monitoring, replication, restore testing, validation).
- Configure/maintain Cisco Nexus/Meraki switching, wireless, security appliances, and cloud-managed networking.
- Deploy OS/app/GxP patches per change management, validation, and cybersecurity; perform preventative maintenance.
- Monitor health/capacity/performance; proactively resolve issues; troubleshoot complex infrastructure.
- Participate in infrastructure change control; maintain documentation (SOPs/DR/standards) and support on-call.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent; 4–6 years enterprise infrastructure experience in GxP-regulated environments preferred.
- Experience: Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Azure, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP; Okta.
- Experience with servers/storage/backup/endpoint tools (e.g., ThinkSystem, NetApp, Druva, NinjaOne, Intune).
- Networking/security: Cisco Nexus/Meraki, Fortinet FortiGate, VPNs, TCP/IP, routing/switching, wireless, CrowdStrike Falcon.
- ServiceNow/ITSM; PowerShell/scripting; automation; cGMP/GxP/CSV/data integrity/21 CFR Part 11.
- Physical/other: occasional work outside business hours; lift up to 25 lbs; PPE; work in office and regulated environments.
