Work collaboratively with technology and business groups to design and develop machine learning and AI solutions for financial use cases, including traditional ML and deep learning, plus generative AI and agentic AI to automate workflows and enhance decision-making. Contribute to AI strategy with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., risk, compliance, business units) and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, with accountability for AI system auditability.

Responsibilities:
- Conceive, design, engineer, and implement ML/AI solutions; study information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Serve as technical expert/leader; develop, test, and implement new products or operational improvements; mentor junior engineers.
- Design secure, scalable, compliant architectures for AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI for finance use cases; select and integrate AWS services (data pipelines, model hosting, vector search, orchestration, monitoring, governance).
- Establish deployment standards, CI/CD, observability, and cost controls.
- Build and deploy predictive analytics, ML, and gen AI into production.
- Develop robust data/model pipelines, APIs, and integration layers; implement MLOps (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
- Support model performance, retraining, testing, and production support; contribute to agentic workflows, tool use, and orchestration patterns.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s (6 yrs) / Masterโ€™s (5 yrs) / PhD (0 yrs) in relevant field.
- Thorough knowledge of Python, data science, ML, generative AI, and agentic AI.
- Experience architecting solutions in AWS.
- Experience building data/model pipelines, APIs, integrations, and MLOps.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, compliant AI/ML and GenAI architectures.
- Experience designing AL/ML and GenAI solutions using Python.
- Experience integrating AWS services (pipelines, hosting, vector search, orchestration, monitoring, governance).
- Experience with deployment standards, CI/CD, and observability using GitHub and AWS.

Preferred:
- AWS certifications (architecture or AI); excellent written/oral English; strong cross-functional collaboration.
