Role: Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of electrical systems and equipment within the organization, supporting operational uptime and safety. Responsibilities: maintain electrical standards, support electrical infrastructure projects (including switchgear, transformers, and high-voltage systems up to 13.8kV), conduct root cause and failure analysis, manage asset reliability, develop maintenance strategies, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborates with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, safety, and compliance with NFPA70e and environmental standards. Provides technical training, supports safety initiatives, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; 6+ years of progressive engineering experience or Master's with 4+ years; experience with high-voltage electrical systems up to 13.8kV, knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA 70/70E). Preferred: experience with DC/AC systems, asset management, and electrical infrastructure projects. High-Value: manufacturing/industrial setting, electrical infrastructure maintenance, reliability-centered strategies, safety compliance, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in a U.S.-based plant.
