Role Summary
Senior District Manager, Immunology Dermatology (Southwest) for Janssen Biotech, Inc., overseeing the Southwest district including Phoenix, Las Vegas, Tucson, and surrounding areas. Leads the Dermatology product sales team within the Immunology portfolio to achieve regional objectives and drive outcomes in immunology dermatology.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, develop and lead a team towards attaining sales objectives for Dermatology products within the Janssen Biotech, Inc. portfolio
- Shape the business strategically while operating within an assigned budget
- Define regional vision, build team culture, manage representative performance, develop and motivate people and teams, demonstrate product attributes, forge customer relationships, and achieve sales quotas
- Collaborate with partners and work in the field with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Required: A valid Driverβs License in one of the 50 United States
- Required: Ability to travel up to 60%
- Required: Reside within the geography or within close proximity (less than 30 miles) or be willing to relocate to the geography
- Required: Minimum of five (5) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience defined as selling FDA approved pharmaceutical or device product(s) to licensed healthcare professionals (MD, NP, RN, etc.)
- Preferred: Lives within district geography
- Preferred: Participation and/or completion of a J&J Management Development Program or prior management experience
- Preferred: Management and/or supervisory experience
- Preferred: Knowledge/experience in Dermatology and/or Immunology fields
