Senior District Business Manager (DBM), Neuroscience - Cobenfy - South Texas

Role: Senior District Business Manager in Neuroscience (COBENFY) leading a team of approximately 10 Therapeutic Area Specialists to drive adoption of BMS's Psychiatry portfolio in South Texas. Responsibilities: coach and develop TASs on scientific, digital, and customer engagement skills; lead strategic planning, account prioritization, and business execution; champion new digital tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics); ensure continuous improvement in team skills and customer experience; collaborate across matrixed organizations including Medical and Access teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 5+ years in sales or management, preferably in Neuropsychiatry; strong leadership and coaching skills; understanding of reimbursement, access, and distribution; proven ability to inspire teams and meet or exceed sales targets.
