Position Summary
The Senior District Business Manager (DBM) leads, coaches, and motivates a team of ~6–10 Territory Account Specialists (TASs) to drive adoption of the assigned Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand. Field-based; anticipated to spend 100% of time in the field with TASs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop TASs on competencies/learning objectives (e.g., scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, teamwork/enterprise mindset); conduct ride-alongs as relevant.
- Own TAS learning journey and ensure continuous improvement in core skills/behavior (scientific agility, patient mindset, digital agility, analytical mindset).
- Champion adoption of new capabilities/tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization); role model use; coach TASs to leverage CE^3 for call planning/prep.
- Convene field team to exchange experiences, collect feedback, coach change leadership, and encourage new ways of working.
- Execute strategic planning (account prioritization and strategies; customer experience improvement; lead district financial and program planning).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years pharmaceutical/related industry experience.
- Strongly preferred: prior District Business Manager experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent leadership of high-performing teams.
- Strongly preferred: pharma experience including reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment.
- Proven track record leading teams to meet/exceed goals; selecting/developing/retaining talent.
- Experience using analytical skills and selling skills; strong business acumen; knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain.

Compensation & Benefits
- Field (US): $168,130–$203,734.
