Position Summary
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ~6β10 Territory Account Specialists (TASs) to drive adoption of BMS Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand.
- Coach TASs on learning objectives: selling skills, scientific engagement, and digital capabilities; ensure continuous improvement of team core skills.
- Champion adoption of new capabilities/tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization; Medical on Call/CE^3).
- Participate in business/account planning, promo/budget planning, and HCP-level prioritization.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies governing conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Focused in-role coaching: conduct ride-alongs (as relevant) and own TAS learning journey.
- Guide use of CE^3 insights for call planning/preparation.
- Engage insights to prioritize accounts and develop strategies; lead district financial/program planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) + minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry (or related).
- Strong preference: prior District Business Manager experience or equivalent leading/managing high-performing teams.
- Strong preference: pharma experience including reimbursement/access/distribution understanding.
- Track record inspiring leaders to meet/exceed goals; selecting/developing/retaining talent.
- Experience using analytical skills and selling/business acumen; working knowledge of pharmaceutical value chain.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Field/Remote US pay range: $168,130β$203,734; additional incentives may be available. Benefits include health, wellbeing, 401(k), disability/life/insurance; paid time off (details vary by eligibility).
