Role: Senior Director of Worldwide Cell Therapy Autoimmune Medical Affairs, Neurology/LCM, leading global medical strategies for cellular therapies across neurological and autoimmune indications. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific and engagement strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory, HEOR), support evidence generation, and oversee external scientific interactions; shape ecosystem readiness and clinical practice integration. Requirements: advanced medical or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD preferred), 8+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, or translational medicine; experience in cell therapy, immunology, neurology, or autoimmune diseases, with knowledge of CAR T or similar therapies strongly preferred. Skills include strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, external stakeholder engagement, scientific communication, and leadership/mentoring experience.
