Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the US commercial supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives and portfolio priorities, including long-term distribution and channel strategies.
- Serve as the US Supply Chain voice in Global S&OP, influencing inventory and capacity; establish demand review processes to improve forecast accuracy for reliable supply and financial planning.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting assumptions, inventory implications, accrual-relevant inputs, budget alignment, and performance follow-up.
- Partner with US Commercial Leadership (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services) to translate strategy and market events into supply chain plans; provide executive insights on supply risks, trade-offs, and scenario planning.
- Define and optimize the US distribution network strategy (3PLs, wholesalers, specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies) and align execution with Trade and market/channel needs.
- Lead supply chain strategy and readiness for US product launches, indications, and lifecycle expansions; oversee launch governance and cross-functional alignment.
- Own US product availability, service levels, OTIF, and inventory performance; serve as escalation point for critical supply/service/compliance/distribution issues and lead risk assessment, scenario planning, and mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with DSCSA, GDP, and US regulatory requirements; maintain GxP compliance with QA (exception handling, investigations, CAPA, QMR reporting, KPIs).
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12–15+ years progressive supply chain experience in biopharma/life sciences.
- Significant experience leading US commercial supply chains (including product launches).
- Demonstrated leadership in US commercial operations.
- Deep knowledge of US pharmaceutical distribution models (wholesalers, specialty pharmacies, 3PL networks).
- Strong S&OP/IBP knowledge; demand planning, inventory management, supply network strategy.
- Extensive GMP/GDP and DSCSA-regulated environment experience.
- Cross-functional experience with Trade, Finance, Quality, and Commercial stakeholders.
- Track record of multi-product/global launch execution; ability to lead through complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP and Anaplan (advanced planning systems).
- Strong communication skills (oral/written).
